Setting foot into Ozmosis Health and Day Spa is like being transported from the bustling Bangsar to a relaxing traditional South East Asian destination. The atmosphere is one of tranquillity and quiet with the help of dim lights and soothing background music. Natural material with earthy colours such as wood and stones are used to furnish the place and it is that which gives it its traditional feel. This charming blend is soothing to the eyes and gives one a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. It is enough to get you hyped up for the journey to relax your mind, body and soul. There’s a generous amount of space available and Ozmosis houses 11 rooms with 2 couple rooms for those who prefer company.

Ozmosis boasts an extensive menu of facials, waxing, body massages, scrubs, wraps and many more. All items are available a la carte but packages are readily available to suit your every need. A wide range of South East Asian as well as Western beauty therapies and spa treatments are offered and these treatments are customised to suit the needs of each individual, whatever they may be. Such a mission ensures that clients of Ozmosis receive the best in service and quality.

The more popular treatments would be the aromatic massages, body scrubs and the facials. Unique blends of essential oils are made locally and exclusively for Ozmosis. Its components include some very common ingredients such as lemon, basil, eucalyptus, rosemary, thyme and many more. It also includes the lesser known cedarwood, cinnamon-leaf, patchouli and sweet orange. The highlight of these oils is its unique scent as well as its ability to absorb quickly, thus leaving you ‘ready to go’ after your treatment. A simple wipe down would be sufficient to leave your skin smooth and soft and that eliminates the troublesome shower that you’ll have to go through at many other establishments. But just in case you insist on getting all clean, shower rooms are made available for your usage.

The Ozmosis Escapade is a one and a half hour treatment that would be well rounded to suit your needs. The blissful journey begins with an exfoliating body scrub which will leave your skin silky smooth. Then it’s on to the aromatherapy steam bath that will help you relax and unwind in your own private steam room. Finally, the aromatic massage by the masseuse will complete the one and a half hour ultimate pampering experience.

Apart from the set packages and the common treatments, Ozmosis also offers primping for the hands and feet. Complete your grooming session by adding on a manicure and a pedicure. In addition, Ozmosis is a renowned expert in getting rid of unwanted hair. Their waxing services range from full face, arms, legs, Brazilian and many more and they are all customised to suit your individual needs.

With such excellent quality and service, one must be prepared to pay the price. A one and a half hour package would set you back by RM280. Facial treatments range from RM100 to RM380 for a Perle De Caviar Facial (pearls and caviar?). However, the prices are well worth it as the facilities are luxurious and the quality and service is impeccable. Ozmosis also has the clientele to prove it as they are frequently booked out so do remember to make a reservation before visiting.
